• Epic Billing Manager

    Description:

    Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Epic Billing Manager to lead and support our IT revenue cycle initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in Epic systems, particularly in billing and claims, along with proven leadership capabilities and a solid understanding of the mid-revenue cycle.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Oversee the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Epic billing modules, including Hospital Billing (HB), Professional Billing (PB), and Claims.

     

    Lead a team of analysts and specialists to ensure efficient and accurate billing workflows.

     

    Collaborate with clinical, financial, and IT stakeholders to align billing processes with organizational goals.

     

    Manage system upgrades, testing, and documentation related to Epic billing applications.

     

    Monitor and improve billing performance metrics and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

     

    Provide strategic direction and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

     

    Support mid-revenue cycle functions, including Health Information Management (HIM) and charging processes.

     

    Top Skills' Details1. Epic Billing experience

     

    2. Epic certs in HB, PB, Claims - all would be ideal, some are okay

    3. Leadership experience

    4. Mid-rev cycle experience (HIM and charging) would be a plus

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $135000.00 - $185000.00/yr.
