Our team thrives on integrity, precision, and a collaborative spirit. We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Disclosure Desk Specialist to join our compliance team.

    Position Summary

    As a Compliance Disclosure Desk Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all mortgage disclosures are accurate, timely, and compliant with federal and state regulations. You’ll work closely with internal teams and broker partners to maintain the highest standards of regulatory compliance throughout the loan process.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Review and issue initial and re-disclosures in accordance with TRID and other regulatory guidelines.

    + Monitor disclosure timelines and ensure compliance with RESPA, TILA, and other applicable laws.

    + Communicate with brokers and internal departments to resolve disclosure-related issues.

    + Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and internal reviews.

    + Stay current with regulatory changes and industry best practices.

    Qualifications

    + 1–3 years of experience in mortgage compliance or a similar role within the lending industry.

    + Strong knowledge of TRID, RESPA, and TILA regulations.

    + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

    + Proficiency in LOS systems (e.g., Encompass) is a plus.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00/yr.

     

    - Health insurance- Life insurance- Disability insuranceAdditionally, you will be entitled to 2 Weeks of paid vacation for each year of employment inaccordance with our usual policies.You will be entitled to 1 Week, paid, to be allocated for illness or personal business each year ofemployment in accordance with our sick leave policy, which may be modified from time to time.
