Join Our Team as a Compliance Analyst
Are you passionate about corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and making a meaningful impact across an organization? We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Compliance Analyst to help us deliver innovative compliance and risk management solutions that support our business and uphold our strong reputation.
What You’ll Do:
As a key member of our Corporate Governance & Compliance team, you’ll work closely with the Director of Corporate Governance and Compliance to implement policies, procedures, and controls that ensure our operations meet legal, regulatory, and internal standards. You’ll also:
+ Coordinate corporate governance operations and collaborate with senior leaders across the company.
+ Draft and manage governance documentation such as meeting agendas, resolutions, and minutes.
+ Support conflict of interest processes and corporate policy governance.
+ Stay current on regulatory developments and industry best practices.
+ Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring:
+ Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certification or relevant post-grad experience preferred.
+ Must be a commissioned Notary Public.
+ 3–5+ years of experience in corporate governance or compliance roles.
+ Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
+ Experience working with board members and executives.
+ Familiarity with Diligent Boards or similar board management tools is a plus.
+ Exceptional attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
