    Fully Remote w/ equipment provided

     

    Available for full schedule range Monday through Saturday* (7:45AM to 8:15PM)

    Saturdays shifts only available during open enrollment (OEP)

    *Schedules may change to accommodate OEP, must be flexible!

    Job Description

    • Speaking to Medicare/Medicaid eligibility recipients about their healthcare coverages, options, and eligibility.

    • Assisting consumers with account creation and account management and resetting passwords.

    • Must be comfortable with rapidly changing environments and being available to work on special projects as needed.

    • Uploading documents while answering calls from consumers.

    • Engage with customers over the phone and reply to online chat inquiries

    • Updating billing and payment preferences.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
