Location
This position is a full-time, hybrid position in Louisville, CO.
Position Summary
Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, the newly hired analyst will act as the primary point of contact for U.S. benefits and provide broad HR support, including coordination of employee training programs, HR operations, and policy implementation to ensure consistent, high-quality service across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
+ Ensure timely and compliant administration of all benefit plans, including but not limited to new hire enrollment, life event changes, terminations, leaves of absence, short and long-term disability, 401(k), and COBRA
+ Consult with and provide directions to employees, collaborate with benefits brokers and carriers, review premium payments, and interpret and ensure compliance with Plan Documents
+ Serve as the escalation point of contact for employee benefits questions, including leave of absence and 401(k)
+ Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to HR data and reporting
+ Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to end-users and other stakeholders
+ Lead the development of the yearly US benefits strategy, obtain approval from executive management, and implement it through the Open Enrollment process, including recommending timelines, developing communication materials, delivering employee presentations, and responding to employee questions
+ Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulatory and reporting obligations, including annual filings (such as Forms 5500, 1095-C/1094-C, 720, etc.) as well as government-required postings and mailings (such as SPDs, SARs, etc.). Keep plan documents up-to-date and compliant.
+ Manage the annual 1095-C and 1094-C preparation, distribution, and filing processes.
+ Manage the annual global merit increase and bonus process
+ Develop cost estimates regarding the financial impact of benefit programs and actions
+ Monitor trends in the competitive market and ensure programs continue to align with organizational objectives and best practices
+ Lead the yearly benchmarking data request for our global compensation data
+ Conduct ongoing data audits for benefit enrollment administration
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
+ Bachelor’s degree required (may substitute additional work experience for degree requirement on a 1:1 basis)
+ 3-5+ years prior experience in Benefits and some experience in general Human resource management
+ Prior UKG HRIS experience strongly preferred
+ Prior experience with Radford/AON compensation databases desired
+ Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
+ Demonstrated ability to work comfortably in a highly collaborative, cross-functional, team-oriented, and matrixed environment
+ Resourceful problem-solver who collaboratively identifies effective paths forward with demonstrated expertise in executing hardware-intensive research and development efforts
+ Ability to travel domestically and (potentially) internationally up to 10%
+ This role requires that you do not require sponsorship, or a work visa transfer

Benefits
The targeted salary range for this role is $90,000 to $120,000, depending on experience, on an annualized basis plus eligibility to participate in our annual incentive plan.
