Soccer Stars is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. This full-time role (approximately 35 hours per week) offers a unique blend of field sales and home-based work, perfect for self-motivated individuals who thrive on building relationships and achieving goals.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Conduct field sales 3 days per week, targeting schools, daycares, and youth-affiliated businesses

+ Dedicate 2 days per week to home-based prep and administrative tasks

+ Meet and exceed established sales quotas

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

+ Work independently while effectively communicating with a remote team

Requirements

+ Minimum 1 year of proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in education or youth-related sectors

+ Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

+ Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle

+ Ability to pass a background screening

+ Excellent interpersonal skills with a talent for making immediate connections

+ Comfortable working around young children

+ Self-starter with strong initiative and independent work ethic
