Responsibilities
+ Develop and implement data governance processes and controls for client reference data within core BofA Systems.
+ Run continuous monitoring routines to assess the on-going quality of reference data.
+ Identify data related process deficiencies and enhancement opportunities.
+ Implement data capture process improvements to enhance data quality related to customer reference data.
+ Coordinate on-going governance routines over customer reference data processes and controls with key internal stakeholders.
+ Liaise regionally with key stakeholders and Technology partners within US.
+ Optimize databases in Cesium and Management System for data quality.
+ Identify data issues and develop solutions using Microsoft Visio to map out new processes in Client Lifecycle Manager.
+ Check data for consistency and errors using Microsoft Excel VBA and profile data to understand its structure, content, and quality issues.
+ Define and track specific data quality metrics including accuracy rates, completeness percentages, and error rates using Tableau.
+ Work with staff on improving data quality in their procedures and ensuring adequate controls in Single Process Inventory.
+ Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.
Required Skills & Experience
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or related: and
+ 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related Quantitative occupation.
+ Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:
+ Optimizing databases in Cesium and Management System for data quality;
+ Identifying data issues and developing solutions using Microsoft Visio to map out new processes in Client Lifecycle Manager;
+ Checking data for consistency and errors using Microsoft Excel VBA and profiling data to understand its structure, content, and quality issues;
+ Defining and tracking specific data quality metrics including accuracy rates, completeness percentages, and error rates using Tableau; and,
+ Working with staff on improving data quality in their procedures and ensuring adequate controls in Single Process Inventory.
