    Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **ICU LPN** to work at a Facility in **Las Cruces, NM.** These are _registry_ positions with our company.

     

    $672.00 Lodging $96 per day

     

    $413.00 M&I $59 per day

     

    $1,085.00 Total Travel Stipend

     

    $756.00 Gross 21.00 X 36 hrs

     

    $1,841.00 total Comp that includes travel stipend and gross wages

     

    $51.14 Blended rate/feels like 1841/36hrs

    Shift Details:

    + Days

    The requirements are:

    + At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

    + A valid and current LPN license issued within the US

    + A valid and current CPR card

    + Must have L TAC or ICU (they **may** review a candidate with Stepdown or ER)

    + Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients.

    + ER or step down or ICU experience, Experience working with vent patients

    + Must have ICU experience

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Med Pass

    + Health Assessments

    + Sick Calls

    + Provides general nursing care to patients.

    + Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.

    + Prepares equipment and aids physician during treatments and examinations of patients.

    + Observes patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of patient's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents.

    + Takes temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess condition of patient.

    + May serve as leader for group of personnel rendering nursing care to number of patients.

    + Additional LPN duties given by Supervisor.
