    Fluidra is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team in Atlanta, GA.

    WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

    In this position, you will support multiple members of the Executive team in a fast-paced, highly demanding environment. The Executive Assistant role requires an efficient, responsible, and reliable administrative professional who thrives in a busy setting with varied responsibilities. The ideal candidate possesses self-drive and a passion for delivering consistent quality results, coupled with an intense focus on exceptional customer service. You must be able to think and work independently, demonstrating excellent time management skills to meet goals and deadlines under pressure. The successful candidate will provide work that reflects a comprehensive understanding of the company’s business needs and will be resourceful and dependable in handling and completing matters efficiently and accurately. Additionally, collaboration and teamwork are essential, as you will work closely with other Executive Assistants and internal teams to ensure seamless support across the organization.

     

    Executive Assistants act as central communication hubs, strategists, schedulers, planners, and executors for their leaders. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing demands and expectations on a day-to-day basis. Additionally, you will:

     

    + Provide high-level administrative support to multiple senior executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    + Manage extensive, complex scheduling and calendar coordination, including gatekeeping and prioritizing communications to the executive team based on an intuitive understanding of key business priorities.

    + Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel, including booking, visa procurement, itinerary preparation, and providing support during travel.

    + Handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature requiring in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures.

    + Plan and execute large meetings, off-sites, and special events; travel may be required to support these activities.

    + Serve as a strategic partner by attending executive meetings, assisting or owning agenda development, and ensuring follow-through on action items while maintaining strict confidentiality.

    + Collaborate across organizational boundaries to deliver effective outcomes and maintain smooth communication flows within the executive team.

    + Manage and disseminate highly confidential communications, exercising significant authority and independence in core duties.

    + Lead or participate in special projects or processes as assigned, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.

    + Proactively anticipate executive needs and resolve scheduling conflicts, balancing competing priorities efficiently.

    WHAT WE SEEK

    + Minimum 5+ years of executive-level administrative experience supporting multiple senior executives in a complex, fast-paced environment.

    + Proven expertise in complex office administration.

    + Tech-savvy with proficiency in current office software and tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Visio experience is a plus); committed to continuous learning to stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices.

    + Demonstrates a proactive attitude toward sharing knowledge and teaching new skills to colleagues to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.

    + Exceptional professionalism and ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    + Ability to work independently with excellent time management to meet tight deadlines under pressure.

    + Collaborative team player capable of working with other Executive Assistants to provide seamless backup and support.

    + Demonstrated resourcefulness and reliability in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

    + Flexibility to work non-standard hours as needed to accommodate executive schedules and travel.

    + Ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining a professional, approachable, and positive demeanor.

    + Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.

    + Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

    EDUCATION

    + Must have a high school diploma with additional business office training.

    + AA degree and/or further college work is preferred
