Our 20-bed Critical Access Hospital is seeking a compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurse to join our close-knit team in both Acute Care and the Emergency Department.

    What You’ll Do

    + Deliver direct, patient-centered nursing care in both acute and emergency settings

    + Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for patients across all age groups

    + Collaborate closely with providers, therapists, and other clinical staff

    + Respond to dynamic patient needs with calm, confidence, and clinical expertise

    + Cross-train in other care areas including outpatient or surgical services as needed

    + Document thoroughly and accurately in the electronic health record

    + Help onboard and support new staff as part of our growing team

    What We’re Looking For

    + Graduate of an accredited RN program

    + Current Montana RN license or compact license required

    + One year of experience in a hospital or similar setting preferred

    + Certifications required (or willingness to obtain within first year): BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC/ENPC

    + Strong critical thinking, communication, and team collaboration skills

    + A calm, capable, and compassionate presence – especially in rural emergency care
