As an Environmental Services Technician, you’ll be a key player in creating a welcoming, sanitized, and safe space for our members, staff, and guests—so they can focus on their fitness goals while you take care of the details behind the scenes.

What We’re Looking For

+ Experience: 1+ year in environmental services, hospitality, or fitness setting (preferred)

+ Skills: Self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask with attention to detail

+ Communication: Friendly and professional with staff and gym members

+ Languages: Proficiency in English required; ability to follow written and verbal directions

+ Knowledge: Familiar with safe use of cleaning equipment and products (preferred)

+ Professionalism: Respectful and discreet when dealing with members and private spaces

+ Certification: CPR may be required depending on assigned duties

What You’ll Do

+ Clean and sanitize gym equipment, locker rooms, restrooms, and shared spaces

+ Restock supplies (towels, sanitizer, soap, etc.) throughout the facility

+ Respond to radio calls and pages promptly and professionally

+ Follow infection control standards and maintain a safe, hygienic environment

+ Use commercial-grade cleaning equipment and chemicals appropriately

+ Work independently and identify tasks that need attention without being asked

+ Safeguard member privacy and respond to concerns with tact and professionalism

+ Maintain equipment and supplies safely and report any issues as needed

Shift:

Evening Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)

Schedule: 8-hour Evenings, Wednesday - Sunday, 3:30 PM-Midnight

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
