    CONTRACT PROCESSING ADMINISTRATOR

    Starting Pay: $18.00/hour + Performance-Based Incentives

     

    POSITION SUMMARY Kornerstone provides Finance & Insurance products sold through dealerships nationwide, along with risk management and administrative services to the automotive industry.

     

    As a Contract Operations Specialist, you’ll ensure contract accuracy, support dealership and customer needs, and help drive continuous improvement. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, thinks critically, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Training is provided, and team members have the opportunity to deepen their product knowledge and grow in responsibility.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Review and enter contracts accurately

    + Respond to inquiries from dealerships and customers via phone and email

    + Resolve issues with professionalism and ownership

    + Identify process improvements and support team performance

    + Build and share expertise with peers

    + Flexibly support tasks and projects as needed

    + Mentor others as experience grows

     

    Other duties may be assigned as needed.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    + Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

    + High school diploma or equivalent required

    + Excellent attention to detail and follow-through

    + Strong communication and analytical skills

    + Comfortable learning and using multiple systems

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook

    + Self-starter with a growth mindset

    + Spanish fluency or SQL experience a plus

    COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES Base pay starts at $18.00/hour, with performance-based incentives that reward accuracy, initiative, and team contribution after 6 months.

     

    WORKING CONDITIONS This is a full-time, in-office role between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Work is performed at a desk in a standard office environment. Must be able to sit, talk, hear, and use hands regularly; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds may be required.
