    American Fork Chevrolet, a Ken Garff dealership, is currently looking for a Used Car/Sales Manager who aligns with our core values and leads with Respect, Integrity, Growth, Humility, and Teamwork.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Lead and manage the Used Car and Sales teams with clear objectives and performance expectations

    + Forecast departmental goals and manage the annual operating budget

    + Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and evaluate sales team members

    + Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with team members to assess performance and set short- and long-term goals

    + Develop and deliver ongoing training programs, including coaching and role-playing exercises

    + Assist in closing deals and ensure every customer connects with a manager before leaving

    + Create and implement improvement plans for underperforming team members

    + Manage used vehicle inventory through the reconditioning process to ensure readiness and quality

    + Analyze and adjust vehicle pricing based on market conditions and days supply metrics

    + Accurately appraise vehicles for acquisition and trade-in opportunities

    + Recommend inventory needs and support advertising and promotional initiatives

    + Follow Ken Garff’s guidelines for customer negotiations and desking procedures

    + Maximize ROI through diligent lead follow-up and online marketing strategies

    + Collaborate with other department managers to maintain a high-functioning, team-oriented dealership

    + Perform additional duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    + 3–5 years of experience as a Used Car Manager or equivalent sales leadership role

    + At least 2 years leading a successful sales team

    + F&I experience is highly desired

    + High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)

    + Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

    + Valid in-state driver’s license and a good driving record (per company standards)

    + Ability to provide references upon request
