Position: Executive Director

Salary: $150K - $200K per year, with final offer reflecting the candidate's demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and professional background.

Requirements

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration or related field is required. Master’s Degree is preferred.

+ Must be a licensed Nursing Home Administrator

+ Ten (10) years’ experience with five (5) years in management of a health care organization. Experience to include strong leadership, financial, communication and marketing skills. Senior care or long term care experience required.

+ Proven leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or a related field (Executive Director or Administrator experience preferred)

+ Strong business acumen with a track record of successful financial and operational management

+ Passion for enriching the lives of older adults and fostering a positive, inclusive community culture

+ Outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

+ Commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical standards
