Job Description:
This position, part of the Banking and Merchant Services department within the CFO Division is responsible for assisting with credit card processes and merchant relations across campus. This position must possess excellent analytical, research, problem-solving and communication skills including a demonstrated ability to effectively maintain open communication channels with all stakeholders. Responsible for supporting enterprise wide units, as well as end users with complex issues, participate or lead special projects as assigned, and evaluate information to identify opportunities or potential areas for improvement.

Expected Salary:
$46,000-$55,000
Required Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and one year of appropriate experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred:
Preference given to experience in higher education environment.
Knowledge of banking procedures and/or practices for receiving, depositing, and disbursing cash.
Ability to understand and apply applicable rules, regulations, and procedures.
Knowledge of Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and the relevant compliance programs and frameworks associated with these standards.
Demonstrated experience managing and interacting with payment card merchants.
Demonstrated experience with e-commerce, third party payment gateways, merchant account processes, and acquiring banks.
Other qualifications are:
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as team member.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse decentralized customers and constituents.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Teams, Word, and Excel.
Demonstrated proficiency with spreadsheet, database, query and other analytical tools.
Strong organizational skills
Demonstrated attention to detail
