What Does a Great Business Process Analyst Do at Fiserv?
As a Business Process Analyst on our Product Ops team at Fiserv, you will play a vital role in enhancing efficiencies and optimizing business processes. Working alongside a dedicated team, you will analyze workflows and collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth and effective product operations. Your keen analytical skills and attention to detail will be instrumental in developing solutions that propel our business forward.
What You'll Do:
+ Manage incoming requests for client due diligence documents, audit requests, and information requests across multiple products.
+ Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for enhancement.
+ Develop and implement strategies to boost efficiency and productivity.
+ Create comprehensive process documentation, including flowcharts and functional specifications.
+ Monitor and assess the impact of implemented process improvements.
+ Provide training and assistance to staff on new procedures and systems.
+ Conduct regular reviews of processes to uphold compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
What You Will Need To Have:
+ 6+ years of experience in project management.
+ 6+ years of experience in business process analysis.
+ 6+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
+ Equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
+ Proficiency in managing multiple projects and priorities.
What Would Be Great To Have:
+ Experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Payments industry.
+ Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary Range
$96,200.00 - $164,900.00
_These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ._
