As a Senior Product Portfolio Operations Associate in Operations Product & Robotics, you are a significant contributor to your team with a strong knowledge of optimization and integration. You understand what it takes to bring together all the key elements of a product line and its products to ensure coordinated outcomes.
Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations Product organization provides critical cross-line of business support across JPMC and serves as one of the largest product portfolios in CCB, delivering value to millions of customers and over 30,000 employees. As a product team member, your problem-solving skills will place you on the cutting edge of defining the vision, creating the strategy and building the roadmap to solutions that impact millions. Job responsibilities
+ Creates synergies across products to ensure successful delivery against business objectives
+ Collects key inputs from across products to ensure the full product-line framework highlights our core cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs
+ Calculates metrics for portfolio management operations and analyzes data for areas of opportunity
+ Develops change initiative materials and change timelines
+ Assists in the product-level collection strategy consisting of controls, financials, and resourcing needs
+ Partner with CCB Operations Product Portfolio Operations (PPO) team and across the 12 Products to help optimize Product architecture and organizational design including identifying and streamlining process flows, value streams and functional alignment to gain economies of scale and improve efficiency.
+ Analyze data, driving actionable insights, identifying trends and opportunities to share good practices
+ Support the PPO team's backlog management and quarterly planning to support prioritization and alignment of quarterly work.
+ Support additional strategic efforts as they are prioritized (e.g., co-location strategy etc..)
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimization (Data & Analytics, Portfolio Management or Process improvement)
+ Proven ability to implement operational effectiveness initiatives
+ Prior working exposure to product development life cycle and agile methodologies
+ Strong analytical problem solving, creativity, and attention to detail, demonstrated by the ability to make timely and sound decisions and to identify actionable insights
+ Motivated, self-starter with strong organization and time management skills
+ Proven ability to identify and analyze data to illuminate problems, form actionable insights to drive improvements and to identify/analyze metrics to measure success
+ Strong excel skills including ability to use formulas to analyze data
+ Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and maintain relationships, leveraging collaboration, influence, and conflict resolution skills to achieve desired results
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills
+ Ability to effectively shift between strategic and detailed tactical management of initiatives
