Join our team as an Executive Director at JPMorganChase, where we are committed to delivering a first-class employee experience. We are seeking a Workplace Services Change Readiness Strategy Lead to work closely with our product managers and function leaders. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our workplace services enhancements and changes improve the employee experience. Our Global Change and Readiness team collaborates with teams across the firm to prepare and adopt significant changes while managing everyday workforce activities.
As an Executive Director in the Global Change and Readiness team at JPMorganChase, you will be responsible for partnering closely with our workplace services product managers and function leaders to establish and execute an effective change readiness strategy. This role is crucial in ensuring that our workplace services enhancements and changes enhance the employee experience.
Job responsibilities
+ Own change & readiness for the workplace services product line; know the product offering and be an expert in the customer experience (e.g., target employee segments, problems/opportunities, desired outcomes, data/metrics, servicing model, feedback, etc.)
+ Be in lock step with the workplace services product managers; actively understand and provide input into prioritization of the product roadmap and scope of technology enhancements, improvements, and other change initiatives
+ Define and implement creative and effective change readiness strategies
+ Develop innovative approaches to prepare the organization for workplace services changes, ensuring that strategies are tailored to meet the unique needs of different teams and stakeholders
+ Deliver all elements of workplace services change and readiness work, managing the team to ensure activities are completed effectively and efficiently, working with readiness partners and socializing with key senior leaders and other stakeholders along the way
+ Communicate across the change readiness community to help mitigate cross-impacts, risks and gaps. Leverage best practices and emerging trends in change management to drive successful adoption and integration of new processes and technologies
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
+ 10+ years of experience within an organization or consulting firm, supporting and leading change management and communication efforts, providing consulting or strategy expertise on cross-business and/or global initiatives; able to lead teams and through influencing
+ Partner-oriented and data driven, able to ask questions, work on multiple tasks in parallel and connect dots - delivering fresh ideas and flawless execution
+ Able to synthesize information clearly and concisely, tailoring communications and resources to effectively meet the needs of customers and stakeholders
+ Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
+ Execute diligently and efficiently even under tight time constraints; consistently overcome obstacles to completion, raising issues as needed along the way
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
+ High proficiency in Excel, Word, Jira and PowerPoint; Tableau, Figma, MS Project & Visio are welcome additions
