    As a Senior Auto Special Collections Specialist, you'll utilize your skills to achieve optimal outcomes for customers. In this dynamic call center, you'll manage interactions with empathy and respect. The role involves working independently and as part of a team, following regulatory and departmental guidelines. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while developing professionally.

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Mitigate loss by contacting customers or locating vehicles to address any risk to our collateral.

    + Contact customers and third parties to determine their intent with collateral and collect payments as required.

    + Assess the level of risk associated with each account to determine an appropriate course of action.

    + Operate in a call center environment, handling inbound and outbound calls.

    + Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure process flows as required.

    + Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills while engaging with our customers.

    + Manage a portfolio of accounts that are 0 to 120+ days delinquent or charged off, where applicable.

    + Utilize skip tracing and collection tools to locate customers and determine intent.

    + Communicate effectively and professionally.

    + Perform data input and reporting requirements.

    + Determine and identify military affiliation.

    Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

    + High school diploma or GED.

    + Strong organization and prioritization skills.

    + Excellent communication and listening skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.

    + Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook applications.

    + Analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.

    Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

    + Previous auto experience and prior military background are helpful.

    + Comfortable in a fast-paced, consistently changing environment.

    + Basic skip tracing experience is strongly preferred.

    + At least 1 year of collection experience is strongly preferred.

    + Ability to work overtime as required.

    Work Schedule:

    Candidates must reside in the state of Arizona and be willing and able to work a hybrid work schedule. Specific schedule information will be provided by the Recruiter.
