Edward Jones Growth Marketing is accountable for effectively and seamlessly guiding prospects and clients into starting, building, and maintaining deep, personal relationships with financial advisors. You will develop strategies to reach target audiences and then develops the go-to-market plan to activate personalized experiences across the full funnel client and prospect journey, including activating through our 20,000+ Financial Advisors and their branch teams.
Our Senior Channel Managers are responsible for leading strategy and activation of Edward Jones' most impactful marketing channels and touchpoints that drive prospects to connect with and clients to deeply engage with their financial advisors.
The **Sr Channel Manager - Omnichannel Paid Media** is responsible for supporting the strategy, optimization, and innovation of omnichannel Paid Media capabilities (namely Programmatic) that impact millions of prospects and clients across US and Canada. They deliver personalized, targeted channel plans across the full funnel client and prospect journey and optimizes performance, maximizing in-market results and driving firm revenue.
What you'll do...
+ Drive channel strategy, activation and management - strategic planning, execution, activation and performance of high-impact Programmatic media channels that impact thousands of branch teams and millions of clients and prospects. Support strategy and optimization of marketing channels, such as Programmatic Display, OLV, YouTube, Native, CTV, Streaming Audio, and Digital Out of Home - partnering across the area to deliver on marketing strategies and firm revenue goals. Responsible for overseeing channel delivery using functional and technical expertise coordinating across multiple channels and designing methodology to optimize the client experience.
+ Support Go-To-Market Strategies - Deliver channel-related guidance to go-to-market strategies using expertise in omnichannel Programmatic, owned digital and journey orchestration tools. Provide channel-specific consultation and education to internal collaborators and deliver performance and insights aligned to the channel's goals.
+ Client Personalization and Targeting - Deliver personalized, targeted channel plans that deliver value to audiences and drive firm revenue and support go-to market strategies. Use data to discover and optimize audience selection and to test experiences with target audiences.
+ Measurement, Analytics and Optimization - Accountable for advancement in media measurement and analytics capabilities, building upon the framework and tools already incorporated. Leverage internal and external data sources and user behavior to make recommendations to improve performance across channels. Leads development of omnichannel dashboards, test and learn Brand media measurement
+ Budget Management and Accountability - Responsible for ensuring channel-specific investment in delivers against marketing strategies firm revenue goals including growing net new households and assets. Could manage external agencies and technology partners.
+ Channel Governance - Support the development of channel-specific best practices and preserve channel integrity by informing key stakeholders about channel guidelines that align with client experience and brand strategy. Develop firm and branch team communications regarding education and updates to the digital marketing programs.
+ Channel Innovation and Automation - Consistently identify channel improvement opportunities that align with client experience. Strategically recommend and deploy solutions to realize competitive advantage. Projects to include Supply Path Optimization, cookieless addressability, data clean rooms, etc.
+ Platform and Vendor Management - own and enrich relationships with key martech and adtech media platforms, like LiveRamp, DoubleVerify, et al.

**Hiring Minimum:** $99200
**Hiring Maximum:** $168900

What you'll need...
+ Bachelor's degree with a concentration in communication, marketing, journalism, web development or information management preferred or related/equivalent work experience.
+ 7+ years of experience in communication or financial services marketing, journalism, with at least 3+ years of experience with digital and other marketing channels including social media strategy, web or intranet development, user centered design, paid media, direct marketing and/or project management or comparable experience.
+ 5+ years of experience in omnichannel Programmatic experience - buy-side preferred
+ Firm grasp of larger Programmatic ecosystem, understanding key players and value proposition
+ DSP experience in Google DV360 and The Trade Desk preferred
+ Deep subject matter expertise with media measurement and attribution, leveraged multiple solutions such as last touch reporting, incrementality testing, Brand Lift Studies, Media Mix Modeling, et al.
+ Digital native with bias towards data-driven action. Knowledge of standard and current marketing practices including targeting, personalization and delivery through direct-to-consumer channels.
+ Proven knowledge of marketing reporting, analysis and strategy and relevant tools.
