Description:

This position involves targeted monitoring of critical processes to ensure strong internal customer and brand partner support. The analyst will be responsible for incident and problem management, providing oversight of major incidents, and facilitating root cause analysis efforts.

_Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._

_Rate: $25 - $32.50 / hr. w2_

Responsibilities:

+ Conduct targeted monitoring of critical processes and provide change enablement and incident management support.

+ Utilize various industry-standard monitoring tools to ensure technical systems are operating correctly.

+ Review incidents and changes from previous shifts to maintain current information.

+ Facilitate incident calls and support major incident management to address high-priority tickets efficiently.

+ Maintain organized and accurate incident notes.

+ Collaborate with peers and leadership to ensure tasks are executed with precision and speed.

+ Participate in handoff meetings to communicate essential updates and ensure seamless transitions between shifts.

Experience Requirements:

Top 3 Must-Have Skills:

1. Ability to provide clear and concise executive-level communication and updates on status, issues, and risks.

2. Working understanding of ITIL processes, specifically incident management and change management practices.

3. Experience with "eyes on glass" monitoring, using several industry-standard tools simultaneously.

Top 3 Nice-to-Have Skills:

1. Proven ability to multitask and perform independently with minimal supervision, even in high-pressure environments.

2. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities combined with exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

3. Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively and contribute as a supportive, team-oriented professional.

Degree and Experience Requirements:

+ High school diploma or GED required.

+ 1+ year of experience working in a NOC, SOC, or other operational environment.

+ Experience working with ServiceNow, Azure, and/or AWS.

+ Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, BigPanda, Dynatrace, or other industry-standard monitoring tools.

_Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range._
