Hybrid | Mountain View, CA

In this Sr Monetization Backend Software Engineer role, you will lead and develop high performance payment, billing, and subscription backend services for our Client’s Commercial Software.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $70 - $82 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

+ Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable and performant Monetization services and systems

+ Uphold our high engineering standards. Elevate quality and engineering efficiency within our codebases.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization including product, design, and other engineering functions.

Experience Requirements:

Qualifications:

+ 5+ years experience in successfully designing and building large engineering projects, including launching more than one generation of a successful enterprise application.

+ Experience with Java

+ Experience with Azure

+ Strong understanding and experience with NoSQL and relational DB

+ Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

+ Knowledge of software design patterns, OO, data structures, and algorithms.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile development environment A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

+ 3+ years experience in building monetization related systems or workflow engines.

+ Experience creating and leading technical architecture for a large enterprise application.

_Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range._
