Or client, a global Banking Giant, is looking to engage a seasoned Project / Program Manager with subject-matter expertise in Payment processes and technology to play a key role in driving a highly visible enterprise initiative. This initiative isinvolves mapping out all existing payment channels and processes across all lines of business for this "Bank of Banks", consolidating into a new payment channel / platform.

Pay Rate: $$90-95/hr W2

Responsibilities:

This role requires managing multiple lines of business and a significant number of stakeholders, including subject matter experts, to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead and manage a large-scale project across multiple business lines, focusing on payment channels and client interfaces.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to drive project objectives and deliverables.

+ Facilitate internal negotiations and bring together diverse teams to achieve project goals.

+ Escalate issues as necessary, given the high level of sponsorship from company leadership.

+ Oversee multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.

+ Ensure all project artifacts are meticulously maintained and compliant with regulatory / governance requirements.

+ Present project updates and outcomes to regulatory bodies as needed.

+ Work within an agile methodology, coordinating with team members.

+ Engage with stakeholders primarily in the East Coast time zone.

Experience Requirements:

1. **Project Management Experience:** 10+ years of experience managing very large enterprise projects.

2. **Industry Expertise:** Extensive experience in the banking and financial services industry, with significant subject -matter knowledge of payment workflows, systems and platforms such as SWIFT, ACH, AVS, and BPOA.

3. **Agile Project Management:** Strong, demonstrated experience in agile project management.

4. **Technical Proficiency:** Comfortable with technology and technical project management.

5. **Process Mapping and Analysis:** Strong skills in process mapping and process analysis.

6. **Stakeholder Engagement:** Experience working with and reporting to Steering Committees and related groups.

7. **Data Management:** Experience working with large datasets for presentation and tracking purposes.

_Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range._
