Required Education/Experience

+ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Human Resources or related field. and 5 years of work experience or

+ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Human Resources or related field. and 3 years of work experience. or

Relevant Work Experience

+ Broad compensation and/or benefits experience. Required.

+ Must have excellent Presentation and customer service skills. Required

+ Advanced data analytics and modelling using programs such as Excel, Power BI, etc. Required

+ Excellent oral and written communications as well as interpersonal skills. Required

+ Ability to drive multiple assignments and projects to successful completion. Required

+ Ability to review and interpret regulations relating to compensation. Required

+ An understanding of budgeting and accounting. Preferred

+ Willing and able to learn new regulations related to benefits and compensation and integrate these regulations into projects and programs.

+ Knowledge of PeopleFluent and Oracle systems for compensation planning. Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

+ Driver's License Required

+ Other: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) Preferred

+ Project Management Professional (PMP) Preferred

Physical Demands

+ Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday

+ Stand to use/operate office equipment for the duration of the workday

+ Ability to read small print and symbols

Additional Physical Demands

+ Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.

+ Must be able and willing to travel as needed.

+ Must be able to provide off hours support as required.
