We are seeking an **_Administrative Coordinator._**
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
+ Coordinating and performing administrative duties, providing confidential secretarial support to the Executive Director and Deputy Director, assisting with project activities, records administration, and maintaining a high level of customer service excellence and detail orientation.
+ Coordinate and implement office services such as, purchasing, records control, project, and budget accounting operation for internal programs and external community events.
+ Troubleshoot phone, connectivity and computer problems with the IT service.
Minimum Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or graduation equivalent
+ Three years related experience
+ Additional education may substitute for required experience and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond HS Diploma/Graduation Equivalent, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.
