    Our client is currently seeking a qualified **Level 2 Desktop Support** to join their team **onsite** in Reedsville PA, and provide end-user support. This hours for this role will be 10:00am to 6:00pm EST, Monday to Friday. The **training** hours for the role will be 8:00am to 5:00pm EST. This will be a 1-year contract with the opportunity for yearly extension. The ideal person is dependable and presentable, the face of the IT department.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Troubleshoot hardware, software, wireless, and connectivity issues

    + Image machines

    + Perform standard hardware replacement

    Skills and Qualifications:

    + Minimum 3 to 5+ years of experience

    + Basic Network background

    + Proficient in Win11, laptops, and desktops

    + Basic Apple knowledge

    + Supporting manufacturing division and sales

    + Strong customer soft skills

    + Certifications are preferred, but not required

    + Manufacturing experience is highly desired and ability to work with tools

    Wage Range:

    The hourly rate for this position is between **$22.50 - $35.20** per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
