Amergis Healthcare Staffing specializes in connecting healthcare professionals like you, to work that matters.

Our client in Visalia, CA seeks dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses to provide care to comprehensive nursing care to children and adolescents with mental health needs.

Assignment Details:

+ Facility: Outpatient facility providing mental health services for children 0-18 years

+ Length/Assignment Type: 13 weeks temp to direct hire

+ Need to be willing to travel to their Exeter and Dinuba Facility

+ Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

+ Hourly Pay: $30 per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Administer medications and coordinate with physicians and pharmacies.

+ Assist with medical treatments and general patient care.

+ Participate in individual and group treatment programs.

+ Maintain inventory and order supplies.

+ Record clinical notes and report significant changes in patient conditions.

+ Participate in in-service training and treatment team meetings.

+ Work independently at outreach locations.

Experience/ Requirements

+ Active LVN License in CA

+ Active BLS

+ 1+ years of mental health care experience, preferably with children 0-18 years

+ Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
