• Mental Health Tech/Recovery Specialist

    Amergis (Boston, MA)


    Salary: $880 / Week

     

    Amergis Healthcare has an opportunity for a Recovery Specialist or Mental Health Tech at locations in Lynn, Lowell, and Tewksbury.

    Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Minimum 1 year hands on experience in a mental health or substance abuse setting

    + Valid MA driver's license in good standing is preferred

    Schedule:

    + Full time and part time opportunities are available!

    + 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm, or 11pm - 7am

    Job Duties:

    + Ensures the safety and structure of the program milieu by monitoring client activities

    + Observee and supervisee clients and unit; conduct 30 minute client well-being checks

    + Conducts phone admission screenings as well as other admission duties

    + Searches client belongings on admission and at discharge, or as otherwise directed by supervisor

    + Completes all necessary checklists, shift documentation, and record keeping in a timely manner in accordance with agency policies and procedures

     

    Duration: 13 weeks with possibility of extension
