**Waste Connections is looking for a Sales Manager in Colorado Springs, CO** ! In this role you will supervise a team of Sales Representatives and Administrators on all aspects of customer service including pro-active retention, pricing & service integrity, managing books of business, maintaining & managing their loss budget and negotiating service agreements.

Anticipated Compensation: $115,000 -145,000

Job Responsibilities:

+ Ensure that the sales programs are being implemented

+ Develop, motivate, and manage sales staff

+ Manage the district's pricing quality and margin enhancement

+ Manage the sales costs of the district

+ Ensure that the monthly budget is met

+ Prepare bids, sales reports and track revenues

+ Interact with customers and regulatory agencies

Job Requirements:

+ Bachelor's degree is preferred

+ Waste industry experience preferred

+ 3+ years sales experience

+ Previous Sales Management experience preferred

+ Excellent communication, computer and organizational skills
