What you´ll do

+ Maintain written records of line production, efficiency, and quality. Keypunch data into computer and verify accuracy of recordsCheck line for quality, collect and deliver samples as requested. Allocate as appropriate.

+ Assist Supervisor by coordinating team assignments, including manpower and materials, to maximize efficient production and quality per manufacturing order.

+ Orient and train material handlers and production technicians, assist in evaluation of material handlers

+ Perform minor line adjustments, changeovers, and repairs needed for normal operation and effectively communicate conditions as they occur.

+ Make sure warehouse receipts match the actual for components and bulk. Inventory accuracy of product produces inputs and outputs, and accurately bar code place cards with correct information.

+ Notify supervisor if issues exist, such as: any issues interfering with line’s ability to meet objectives, machine issues, any quality issues with output, components, and bulk, Personnel issues including fulltime and temporary staff.

+ Promote cleanliness and safety of individuals working in the Aerosol room.

What makes you a good fit

+ High School Diploma/HSE strongly preferred

+ Good communication skills and good math skills required.

+ Must have proven ability in all aspects of production technician and knowledge of all other procedures in Henkel, Geneva, Packaging department.

+ Demonstrated leadership ability.

+ Or 6+ months Henkel Geneva experience required.

The salary for this role is **$18.00- $20.00 plus .50 cents for department differential** . This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
