    We’re seeking an experienced **Marketing Operations Manager** with a strong cybersecurity background to help drive the go-to-market (GTM) success of our enterprise security solutions. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    + **Eloqua Management:** Oversee and optimize Eloqua marketing automation, including campaign setup, segmentation, lead scoring, and nurture programs.

    + **Campaign Execution:** Design, implement, and track global partner enablement campaigns to drive engagement and revenue growth.

    + **Performance Analytics:** Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.

    + **Process Optimization:** Establish and refine marketing operations processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

    + **Data Management:** Ensure data hygiene, lead management, and compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

    + **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with partner marketing, demand generation, sales, and IT teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

    + **Technology Integration:** Manage integrations between Eloqua and CRM, ensuring seamless data flow.

    + **A/B Testing & Optimization:** Conduct testing on email campaigns, landing pages, and automation workflows to improve conversion rates.

    + **Reporting & Dashboards:** Develop and maintain dashboards to provide visibility into campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI.

    + **Training & Enablement:** Educate internal teams on Eloqua best practices and campaign execution strategies.

    Required Qualifications

    + **Experience:**

    + 5+ years of marketing operations or related experience, with a strong focus on cybersecurity or enterprise technology.

    + Proven success in launching and marketing B2B enterprise security solutions.

    + **Skills:**

    + Exceptional communication and organizational skills

    + Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

    + Proficiency with marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics.

    + **Education:**

    + Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a technical field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Familiarity with Broadcom’s cybersecurity solutions or equivalent enterprise-grade security products.

    + Experience working with global teams and managing multiple stakeholders.

    Compensation and Benefits

     

    The annual base salary range for this position is $86,000 - $137,000

     

    This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
