FECON, LLC is a vegetation management equipment manufacturer located in Lebanon, Ohio near Kings Island Amusement Park. Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Financial Business Partner to provide analysis, reporting, process leadership and strategic support for the Aftermarket segment of our company. This role will focus on driving efficient and effective business processes, aligning financial goals with sales strategies, optimizing margins, and driving profitable growth.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
+ **Continuous Process Improvement:** Assess business processes, propose and implement improvements that drive efficiencies and make the processes more effective.
+ **Sales Partnership:** Work closely with the Sales leader to align financial strategies with sales goal.
+ **Sales Performance Tracking:** Monitor sales results, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost control.
+ **Incentive Planning:** Support the design and tracking of sales incentives to align with company goals.
+ **Strategic Support:** Provide insights to identify and assess the impact of new initiatives, product launches, and business opportunities.
+ **Financial Modeling:** Conduct analysis to evaluate financial outcomes of key business decisions.
+ **Financial Analysis & Reporting:** Prepare financial and performance reports and analysis to guide decision-making.
+ **Budgeting & Forecasting:** Develop and track budgets, and adjust forecasts as needed to meet sales targets.
+ **Pricing & Margin Optimization:** Analyze cost structures and pricing to improve margins.
+ **Inventory & Cost Control:** Collaborate with purchasing to manage inventory levels and reduce working capital required.
+ **Add Price, Volume Mix Analysis:** Conduct analysis on price, volume, and product mix to optimize profitability and strategic pricing decisions.
+ Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
+ Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
+ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
+ Experience working closely with sales teams to drive business performance.
+ Experience in sales, aftermarket parts, service, or manufacturing industries.
+ Knowledge of pricing, inventory management, and margin analysis.
+ Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence decision-making.
Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, preferably in a equipment sales, manufacturing or aftermarket environment.
+ Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools.
Physical Requirements:
+ Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
+ Must be able to access and navigate the production facility.
+ Must be able to lift 15 lbs. at a time.
