Overview
At St. Luke’s, our dedicated team of Patient Access Specialists strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences.
This Patient Access Specialist role will support our Language Services team by coordinating interpretation request across the health system to ensure our patients, companions and visitors may receive clear and effective communication.
**Sift Details:** Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
What you can expect from this role:
+ Assists with scheduling support for limited English proficient, deaf, and hard of hearing patients, companions, and visitors receiving services at St. Luke's
+ Use a variety of technologies, tools and resources to support departmental workflows
+ Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications for this Role:
+ Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
+ Experience: 1 year relevant experience
+ Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
