About the job you’re considering
As a Workfront Business Analyst, candidates will bring considerable functional product expertise to deliver effective Workfront solutions to clients. Candidates' main responsibility will be Requirement Gathering on Workfront implementations, and lead Workfront discussions with business teams. Candidates will interact with key business and IT teams and lead all the requirement discussions. Collaborate with leaders, managers, teams, partners, vendors and stakeholders across regions to align business objectives and drive results. Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor on financial and operational matters.
_Experience Required_
+ 7 years of relevant experience
+ Should have experience in Adobe Workfront Projects
+ Experience leading complex marketing process conversations to help drive workflow requirements
+ Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
+ Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills
+ Experience in Agile Excellent written and verbal communication skills (ability to communicate effectively with technical staff, business analysts, product owners, management, and senior leadership)
+ The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and be comfortable working with stakeholders
+ Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, as well as experience in system analysis, design, and implementation
+ Candidates should also be well-versed in computer programming and possess excellent communication skills
+ Strong communication skills (interactions with executive clients and sponsors)
+ Experience in developing practical solutions and methodologies; developing ""thoughtware"" and ""point-of-view"" documents
+ Bachelor s degree or equivalent required, MBA degree is an added advantage
