You will provide full-time on-site technical support for a JBT AGV Systems located at the Gold Bond Building Products facility in Eloy, Arizona. As our Onsite Installation Technician– you will report to the Project Manager Services and Support. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance services and on-call maintenance for the fleet of JBT AGVs in operation On a given day, you may: Work with the Helpdesk and Engineering team to help troubleshoot and resolve Autonomous Guided Vehicles system issues. Diagnose and repair vehicle and vehicle/system related issues Support upgrades/retrofits requiring vehicle modifications Maintain on-site parts inventory and parts orders Requirements for the role Associate's degree (A.S.) in Electronics Technology or equivalent experience 3 to 5 years experience technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems You must stay current with the latest designs, features and equipment that JBT Automated Systems offers. You will need to respond to emergency situations which may require frequent schedule changes/adjustments based on the customer's needs You will have the latitude to make software and hardware adjustments to the JBT installed system to satisfy the customer's needs.
