    What You Will Achieve

    In this role, you will:

    + Operate, service, adjust, clean, and sterilize production-related equipment in compliance with cGMPs and safety regulations.

    + Maintain a clean room environment and complete work instructions to meet regulatory requirements.

    + Ensure equipment functionality, report or correct malfunctions, and assist in complex setup or repair operations.

    + Manage time effectively, focus on professional development, and take accountability for results.

    + Prioritize workflow, assist less-experienced colleagues, and adhere to quality standards and best practices.

    + Maintain accurate documentation, including training records, batch records, check sheets, and log books.

    + Support audits, help close audit observations, and utilize automated and enterprise systems to perform tasks.

    + Communicate cross-functionally with technology transfer teams, lab scientists, supply chain, quality, and engineering.

    + Take responsibility for individual contributions to team deliverables, represent the work group, and foster a positive team environment.

    + Complete assignments based on established procedures, identify process improvements, troubleshoot issues, and provide direction and training to team members.

    **Here Is What You Need** (Minimum Requirements)

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + 2+ years of experience, particularly in a pharmaceutical or other cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) environment

    + Proficiency in using standard manufacturing equipment and tools

    + Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

    + Capability to work effectively in a team setting

    + Basic computer skills, including familiarity with data entry and reporting systems

    **Bonus Points If You Have** (Preferred Requirements)

    + Experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing environment

    + Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality systems

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    + Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks

    + Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive continuous improvement

    + Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret technical data

    Physical/Mental Requirements

    + Requires the moving of heavy equipment and the ability to lift ~40 pounds.

    + Moderate repetitive standing, sitting, bending, and ladder climbing on a daily basis.

    + Able to take the necessary safety precautions when working with pressurized systems, steam, and corrosive chemicals. Grade C and D gowning

    + Is required to attain knowledge of the operational equipment.

    + Able to follow SOPs, MBRs and be able to use a multitude of enterprise systems including SAP, Delta-V, etc.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills

    + Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures

    + Strong problem-solving skills in a structured environment

    Non-Standard Work Schedule, Travel, or Environment Requirements

    + Rotational First-Second shift

    + There will be occasional overtime.

    The salary for this position ranges from $22,94 to $38,24 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company's policies.
