Position Overview
At RAD, we are developing a robotic surgical platform that will set a new standard for the modern OR and transform surgical experience. The Senior Finance Manager of OTTAVA Global Franchise Finance will help prioritize investments, craft investment strategies across the enterprise, optimize innovation pipeline, manage product lifecycles and establish and track performance targets.
Responsibilities:
+ Provide primary support to the OTTAVA executive leadership and RAD R&D leadership
+ Build business cases to optimize investment strategies and track performance
+ Help advance portfolio management and resource allocation across innovation pipeline
+ Help assess and provide leadership trade-offs that are based on strategic prioritization and optimize return on investments
+ Maintain portfolio valuation processes including, but not limited to, post-acquisition assessments, in-process R&D analysis, and annual portfolio reviews
+ Support consolidation of financials and management review decks
+ Ad hoc project support, operational improvement initiatives, and other strategic projects
Qualifications:
+ A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required with a major in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field. MBA or Master’s degree in Finance or related field is preferred.
+ A minimum of 10 years of finance business experience is required
+ Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling is required.
+ Strong analytical and quantitative skills are essential, along with the ability to align business objectives with financial outcomes.
+ Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels of the organization required.
+ Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues and propose process improvements is required.
+ Highly motivated self-starter, ability to accept accountability for assigned tasks and adapt to changing environments is required.
+ Experience providing finance partnership to VPs and above level executives is preferred
+ Experience in medical device industry is preferred
+ Experience in R&D finance leadership, portfolio management is preferred
+ Experience providing finance leadership for global platforms and product launches is preferred
+ Prior experience in SAP, Tableau, Alteryx, Anaplan, OnePlan, Smartsheet preferred.
Other:
The role will require up to 10% domestic & international travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$138,000 - $238,050
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
