Overview:

Audacy Washington, DC is looking for a producer for the WPGC Good Morning Show

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

+ Manage daily expectations of on-air hosts and programming strategy

+ Generate topics/content that drive conversations and listenership

+ Cultivate relationships with local teams, PR staff and executives

+ Book big-name music guests and community guests

+ Create local buzz

+ Build the show’s social brand

+ Set an example for your peers

+ Exceed traditional expectations

+ Coordinate daily with promotions regarding contesting

+ Create compelling daily promos

Qualifications

More About You:

Required & Preferred:

+ Degree in radio/communications preferred, but not required

+ Prior experience producing an ensemble radio show

+ Organizational skills

+ Manage multiple duties daily

+ Working with multiple people from different departments

+ Punctual

+ Able to meet deadlines
