    This is a **9-Week course** that is designed to develop the skill sets necessary for dealing Table Games.

     

    Each selected applicant will be hired as a Dealer 1 prior to the first day of class. Each graduating applicant will be reclassified as Dealer 2 upon completion of course.

     

    **Job Purpose or Objective(s):** This class is designed for applicants to learn to deal roulette, poker derivative games, and blackjack variants.

     

    Prior to class start, TG Training will evaluate each applicant via interview.

    Training Pay: $10/hour

    Average Pay: $6/hour base + $32.81 average hourly tip rate

     

    Class details: Each selected applicant will attend class, gaining skill sets necessary to operate tables on the gaming floor (including any future games such as the game of craps).

     

    + **Start Date: 7-7-2025**

    + **End Date: 9-4-2025**

    + **Class Times: 8am to 5pm**

    + **Days: MON, TUE, WED, THU**

    General Class Information

    + Selected applicants will be hired for class and upon completion of class

    + Each student will be required to pass physical and written skills test for each module of the class.

    + Each student will have two attempts to pass each test.

    + Failure to pass either a written or physical test may result in reevaluation of class participation.

    + Upon successful completion of the course, applicants will be able to select/bid from available dealer schedules.

    + Applicants must attend every class and conduct themselves in a professional manner.

    + Beginning of Week 2 Blackjack Payout Quiz

    + End of Week 2 Blackjack Payout Exam

    + Opening/Closing Procedures of the game

    + **Week 3**

    + **Exams**

    + Blackjack Final Exam

    + Blackjack Bonus Exam

    + Students will be Audition this week to continue with the course

    + **Week 4**

    + Normal class days of the week will resume

    + Introduction of pushing chips

    + Introduction of the mechanics of the wheel and ball

    + Identifying Poker Hands

    + Introduction to the game

    + **Week 9**

    + Class Subjects:

    + Three Card Poker

    + Identifying Poker Hands

    + Introduction to the game

    + Exams

    + Three Card Poker Exam

    **Job Purpose or Objective(s):** The Table Games Dealer deals all table games in accordance to all rules and regulations. You will report to the TG Floor Supervisor/Shift Manager.

    Primary Tasks:

    1. You will review and communicate table game activities with supervisors and managers.

    2. Answer customer or public inquiries regarding general gaming procedures, payouts.

    3. Clean work area as designated by management

    4. Verify identification of customers when needed.

    5. You will sign and date all paperwork.

    6. Provide excellent customer service skills and communication skills.

    7. Perform other duties as may be assigned.

    Requirements:

    * Experience handling large volumes of cash

    * Apply basic math (arithmetic, ratios, proportions, or conversions)

    * Must be customer-focused and maintain a positive atmosphere and be and informative.

    * Prior experience in direct customer contact
