The QuickBooks Discovery & Engagement team is focused on transforming how we drive breakthrough adoption of our platform through in-product education, product led growth, and marketing. What you'll bring

+ 8+ years of product management experience, with experience in growth or funnel optimization in a B2B or SaaS environment

+ Proven track record of driving conversion and engagement improvements

+ Deep expertise in AI/ML-driven personalization, web commerce, and mobile-first UI patterns

+ Data-driven decision maker who leverages A/B testing, behavioral insights, and ML models to optimize funnel performance

+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional teams

+ Comfortable working in ambiguity, quickly iterating on hypotheses, and prioritizing high-impact initiatives

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus

How you will lead

We are looking for a Senior Staff Product Manager to lead key customer journeys. This role will focus on designing mobile-first, AI-powered experiences that reduce friction and increase discovery, engagement, and retention.

+ Define and execute a customer backed strategy, owning prioritization of the highest impact customer journeys.

+ Partner with marketing, design, engineering, and data science to enhance the funnel with AI-driven personalization and predictive engagement models.

+ Establish a high-velocity experimentation culture, running A/B tests to optimize the key metrics and inform strategy.

+ Utilize AI-driven segmentation to personalize journeys based on behavioral signals. - Define and track North Star and operational KPIs, such as engagement uplift and funnel drop-offs.

+ Work closely with engineering, design, growth marketing, and analytics to deliver innovative, scalable solutions.

_Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
