What You'll Do

As our Graphic Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping our brand and enhancing the member experience with eye-catching, effective design. You'll create high-quality graphics and motion design for digital, print, web, social media, signage, email, and more.

Your daily work will include:

+ Designing digital ads for platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram

+ Creating visuals for email campaigns, websites, and social media

+ Developing simple 2D animations to boost engagement and storytelling

+ Updating website banners, digital signage, and promotional graphics

+ Collaborating with the marketing team on campaign ideas and creative direction

+ Coordinating with outside vendors and creative partners as needed

+ Ensuring all designs follow brand guidelines and accessibility standards

+ Managing and organizing design files and digital asset libraries

+ Optimizing graphics for mobile and web performance

+ Staying current with design trends, tools, and best practices

This is a full-time, 40 hours/week position.

What We're Looking For

+ A strong portfolio that shows your design skills and creativity

+ Degree in Graphic Design or a related field

+ Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Illustrator and After Effects)

+ Solid understanding of design fundamentals (layout, typography, color)

+ Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management

+ A passion for branding and impactful visual communication
