Job Skills / Requirements

+ Protecting property from theft or damage, or persons from hazards or interference

+ Enforce property rules and regulations

+ Conduct patrols of the property checking for irregularities

+ Write detailed and accurate reports of incidents or irregularities for submission to the client. Utilize mobile applications for reporting

+ Remain alert for the presence of trespassers, and/or security violations

+ Approach suspicious persons, escort trespassers off the property and call the police, if needed, following protocol for issuing a criminal trespass notice

+ Assist visitors and customers by answering questions and giving directions; maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service

+ Communicate effectively with United Protective Services Security leadership team, property management, and teammates

+ Safely operate a company Golf Car, while reporting any maintenance needs or issues.

+ Other duties as assigned
