The Director, HR is the lead Business Partner to the Vice President, Operations of Forged Products (FP), a $800M business unit with world-class thermomechanical processing and manufacturing.

The organization comprises ~1700 employees with seven unions across seven sites and two countries. The Director, HRis a critical member of the FP Human Resources Team with responsibility as astrategic advisor and driver of labor, talent, and culture initiatives to deliver business results, e.g., OD/OE, succession planning, performance management, recruiting, employee engagement, employee and labor relations, career and capability development, workforce planning/analytics.The role reports to the Sr Director, HR. This person will lead a team of 4 that comprises of HRBPs and a Labor Relations Manager focused on ATIs WI Operations.
