Job Title: Manager, O+O Beauty Tech & Elevated Services -Lancôme
Division: Luxury Products Division

What You Will Do:
The Beauty Tech & Elevated Services Manager oversees the implementation of innovative beauty technologies, including smart devices, AR/AI experiences, and online services. Collaborating with various internal and external teams, this role ensures timely and high-quality project delivery, focusing on optimal user and client experience.
Job Duties and Accountabilities
+ Facilitate the integration of new technologies & elevated techniques into Lancôme’s client experience ecosystem, ensuring POS compatibility and service excellence.
+ Work with Beauty Tech AVP to lead, coordinate, & drive Beauty Tech & Elevated Services with internal teams including Marketing, Sales, Field Training, Legal, & Digital Teams.
+ Ensure Beauty Tech solutions are synergistic across physical retail environments and digital platforms.
+ Optimize resource utilization and provide regular budgetary updates to Beauty Tech AVP.
+ Document milestones, key decisions, and playbook learnings for organizational knowledge sharing.
+ Provide timely KPI updates, dashboards, and status reports to sales field and internal stakeholders.
+ Foster collaboration with direct teammates, subject matter experts, and field training colleagues.
+ Work closely with Field Training teams & digital teams to maintain a cohesive Beauty Tech experience.
+ Monitor & optimize Beauty Tech Certification while continuously working towards evolving the learning journey.
+ Oversee local Beauty Tech testing, user experience, and client experience readiness.
+ Coordinate Beauty Tech pilot phases, collect user feedback, and drive iterative improvements.
+ Proactively identify Beauty Tech user experience risks and implement mitigation plans to avoid service or quality disruption.
+ Maintain Beauty Tech Equipment Field Inventory records by location and owner.
+ Assist in managing sales field communication related to Beauty Tech equipment inventory requests/shifts.
+ Participate in Beauty Tech/Elevated Services meetings, trainings, content creation, and lead coordination in advance.
+ Master Opera/Asset Library sourcing for Beauty Tech/Elevated Services creative projects.
+ Support operational needs for Beauty Tech Deployment Phases, content creation & Training Summits.
+ Own, organize & maintain all Beauty Tech staging areas in the Hudson Yards Office.
+ Liaise with technology & service oriented third-party agencies.
+ Act as US point person in the Global Hotline network providing critical feedback for optimization and link with Field Sales.

What We Are Looking For:
+ 4-year college degree
+ 3+ Years of education & project management experience
+ Candidate should possess experience in beauty & interest in device innovation
+ Effective business communication written and oral skills
+ Strong facilitator with an ability to lead presentations
+ Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
+ Problem solving and strategic thinking
+ Self-motivated and directed
+ Strong knowledge, skill with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint necessary; other MS Office tools experience a plus
+ Should be able to lift 20lbs for packing and shipping purposes
