    About this Role:

    + Make outbound calls in a fun sales center environment.

    + Deliver customized solutions to new and existing customers.

    + Update customer accounts through computer-based systems.

     

    Do you have?

     

    + This is a virtual/work from home position. Windstream requires employees working virtually to maintain a distraction-free workplace with sufficient highspeed internet of 25 MBPS or higher.

    + Willingness to gain and maintain product and service knowledge.

    + Desire for high commissions in addition to competitive base pay.

    + Experience with cold calling.

    + Ability to work assigned schedule including day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    + High School diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years experience. College hours or a college degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate.

     

    This position is a work from home opportunity and can be filled remotely anywhere within the country.

     

    Work hours Mon to Fri, 12pm - 9pm ET, Sat's, 9am to 6pm ET, Off on Sun and either Wed or Thurs.
