    Sodexo is hiring a for a full time **_Patient Dining Call Center Manager_** position at **Brigham & Women’s Hospital** , located in **Boston, MA** . In this role, you will manage a team of approximately 40 employees in our Patient Call Center, and participate in all daily patient services operations.

    What You'll Do

    + manage Sodexo’s Patient Dining Program for the Call Center, and daily meal rounding inclusive of service recovery

    + collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient food service experience

    + perform tray assessments to ensure food quality, presentation and tray accuracy

    + uphold Sodexo standards and achieve successful regulatory inspections and audits

    + direct supervision of hourly associates including employee development

    What You Bring

    + experience with Healthtouch and/or EPIC (preferred)

    + prior supervisory or management experience

    + experience within a healthcare, hospitality or customer service focused environment

    + excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills

    Qualifications & Requirements

     

    Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

     

    Minimum Management Experience - 2 years

     

    Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
