Stockroom/Warehouse Manager

OTTO's opportunity:

Our Stockroom/Warehouse Manager will oversee and control the receipt of goods, work in process and shipping of product through the operation.

Specifically, the Stockroom/Warehouse Manager will:

+ Ensures products, parts or supplies are shipped, distributed or received in an efficient manner

+ Train and monitor the staff's performance with department meetings and performance reviews

+ Effectively schedule the staff to meet current workload demands and expectations within the department

+ Support all OTTO departments to meet their needs and requirements

+ Continuous process improvement through cost savings and increasing efficiencies

+ Maintain accurate inventories through process control, cycle counts and floor stock physical inventories

+ Negotiate and work with the preferred carriers on contracts and resolving open issues

+ Manage cottage industry suppliers and outside processing of material

+ Assist with other related duties as required or assigned

What you'll need to bring to the table:

+ Availability for a non-standard or extended work schedule

+ Basic computer skills

+ 5 years related experience preferred

+ 2 or 4 year degree preferred

+ Must be able to work and excel in a fast-paced environment

What OTTO offers for this specific position:

The hiring range listed in this posting is what we, in good faith, anticipate relying on when confirming a base salary for this position; exceptions may be considered for highly experienced candidates with multiple years of at-level experience.

+ Target base salary hiring range: $80,000 to $95,000, based on qualifications and experience.

+ Profit Sharing Bonus - OTTO believes that it's fair to share the profits that the employees help to make; profit sharing is distributed to employees twice a year. OTTO's profit sharing plan is paid at the discretion of the company and is not a guaranteed bonus or any part of a compensation plan.

+ Management incentive: Management Bonus Plan

+ Vacation: 120 hours - vacation time is earned on the anniversary date.
