    Sodexo’s Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) Division is seeking a **Manager 1, Portable Equipment** at **Wesley Long Hospital** in **Greensboro, North Carolina.** As a Portable Equipment Manager, you will partner with client hospital locations to deliver innovative, patient-centered solutions. In this highly visible leadership role, you will help create a clean, safe, and efficient healthcare environment while managing a team responsible for portable medical equipment logistics and support. This role requires exceptional communication, organizational, and customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and patient safety.

    What You'll Do

    + Drive client and patient satisfaction by ensuring responsive, high-quality service delivery

    + Lead, train, and schedule staff to support portable equipment needs across the facility

    + Provide 24/7 on-call support to resolve urgent portable equipment-related issues

    + Maintain strong working relationships with hospital leadership, clinical teams, and infection control

    + Monitor compliance and ensure timely completion of departmental initiatives and equipment projects

    + Order and manage inventory of supplies, ensuring timely procurement and cost control

    + Oversee and maintain documentation within CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)

    + Utilize Excel and other software tools to track performance metrics and project timelines

    + Ensure a safe and sanitary environment through adherence to hospital standards and procedures
