Position Summary:
The Enhanced Building Maintenance (EBM) Coordinator provides support to the 3 rd shift EBM Team. This position is essential for coordinating parts, orders and managing inventory. The EBM Coordinator ensures that work orders and individual assignments are properly executed and tracked in the Hexagon System. The EBM Coordinator must demonstrate strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
Scheduled hours will be centered around 3rd shift primarily with a need to adjust depending on requirements or needs.
Responsibilities:
• Order and track overnight parts and materials.
• Manage inventory and ensure availability of critical supplies.
• Input and close work orders in Hexagon system.
• Serve as 3rd shift point of contact for urgent needs.
• Support nightly briefings and operational coordination.
• Document inventory and equipment usage accurately.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic electrical / mechanical experience preferred.
• Must be able to read and write English proficiently.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience high reach surface cleaning and or light maintenance repair activities.
• Safely and effectively use a variety of hand and power tools.
• Proficiency with high reach cleaning equipment, tools and techniques.
Working Conditions:
• Must have a valid GA driver’s license and driving record void of recent major moving violations.
• Must successfully pass a background check for insurance and security processes.
• Ability to lift to 75 pounds and handle a variety of tools, equipment, and supplies.
• The majority of the workday is spent standing.
• Some outdoor work can be required in all weather conditions.
• Hazardous materials handling.
• Early morning, and occasionally weekend, or holiday work as required.
• Steel-toed shoes must be worn on duty.
Additional Qualifications:
• Commitment to safety, quality, and meeting departmental goals.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, tenants, contractors, and AATC Staff.
• Must be a team player and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
