The role you’ll contribute:
The Director of Leadership Development provides leadership development, team facilitation, coaching and intentional cultural design support across the Mid-America Region. This role will work closely with leadership and HR teams to provide 1:1 coaching for staff and teams participates in the overall direction and implementation of organization-wide leadership development system and process. The value you’ll bring to the team:
+ Coordinates all formal Leadership Development programing ensuring alignment with organizational strategic objectives, to include LDI (Leadership Development Institute), LDE (Leadership Development Experience), ELP (Emerging Leaders Program), and New Leader Onboarding.
+ Develops and implements initiatives that support cultural and change management objectives including The Team Charter Process and team/department Cultural Assessments.
+ Facilitates the implementation of organizational development interventions and follow-up support for both our associates and our leaders, to include SCOR Survey feedback/improvement.
+ Provides high level strategy oversight and leadership development.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ 5 related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration or comparable field
